the pattern we keep seeing

founders don't fail at content because they're bad at it.

they fail because they're missing one of three things.

no rig — no infrastructure underneath the work. profile is off, pillars aren't defined, there's no workflow for turning ideas into published posts.

no raw material — nothing to say when it's time to publish, because no one's been capturing what they're already learning from customer calls, internal debates, or just the thinking that happens while you're building.

no rhythm — content gets done in bursts when a meeting gets cancelled, then nothing for three weeks when a sprint lands. willpower is the whole system.

the cohort teaches all three. in order. over 4 weeks.

the four weeks

how we actually spend your time.

week 01
Rig — the infrastructure
headline, about, featured section, pillars, and the AI workflow you'll use going forward. we teach the principles and you build yours during the session. by the end of week 1, the foundation is in place and the algorithm is starting to read you correctly.
week 02
Raw — the story library
the method for turning what you're already doing into what you publish. we extract 30+ stories, observations, and hooks from your real work — customer calls, product decisions, the things you've been meaning to write about for months. enough raw material for 3+ months of content.
week 03
Rhythm — the weekly practice
the cadence that doesn't burn you out. we design the weekly pattern — what day you draft, what day you publish, how to build your engagement list and comment meaningfully, how long each block takes. you publish your first posts under the new rhythm with live feedback.
week 04
The 30 days ahead
we map the next 30 days of your editorial calendar together using your rig, your raw, and your rhythm. you leave with content planned, source material banked, and a practice you can keep on your own.
who this is (and isn't) for

the cohort works for a lot of founders, but not all.

it's for you if:

  • you're a pre-seed or seed founder doing your own linkedin
  • you've tried writing posts and given up somewhere around week 3
  • you looked at hiring an agency or ghostwriter and decided it wasn't worth it
  • you can commit to publishing 3x/week for 4 weeks
  • you want to learn the mechanic, not pay someone to run it for you

it's not for you if:

  • you want someone to write your posts for you (this is teaching, not done-for-you)
  • you don't have 3-4 hours a week to invest over the 4 weeks
  • you're series A+ and ready to hire a full-time content person. if this sounds like you, let's have a different conversation. book an audit
why we built this

the 3Rs came out of the audits.

we've spent the last year running free audits for founders. different industries, different stages, different products. the same pattern kept surfacing: no rig, no raw, no rhythm. every time.

for our paying retainer clients, we run all three ourselves. we set up the rig, mine the raw material from their calls and conversations, and maintain the weekly rhythm — so they don't have to.

the cohort is the first time we're teaching it instead of running it. same framework. different delivery. ten founders learning to do for themselves what we normally do for them.

questions you might have

the things everyone asks.

is this a course or a cohort?

it's a cohort. four live sessions with us both in the room, plus a private slack. we are not selling you a video library you'll never open. the whole point is that you build the system alongside 9 other founders, not alone on your couch at 11pm.

what's the time commitment?

one 90-minute live session per week (tuesdays, 10am PT — replays if you can't make it live), plus about 2-3 hours of work between sessions to apply what we covered. total: around 5-6 hours a week for 4 weeks.

by the end, the system we're teaching runs on ~5 hours a week. that's the point.

what's the refund policy?

if after week 1 this isn't what you expected, email us and we'll refund you in full.

why only 10 seats?

because with more than 10, we can't actually know your business, give you real feedback on your profile and posts, or respond to every question in the slack. we'd rather run this small and run it well than turn it into a webinar.
